FAQs

“How many drops?”

This is the one I get more than anything else, and I get why. Most recipes online say “a few drops” and leave you standing there. Every oil in every one of my 43 has its own number next to it.

“What if I can’t tell the crystals apart?”

A couple of the 10 in here look a lot alike, so there’s a page up front that describes every one by sight. Color, markings, and what tells the similar-looking ones apart.

“Do I need to buy anything special?”

Probably a few things, unless you’ve already got a good stash at home. A 10 ml roller bottle, the crystal chips and essential oils for whichever recipe you pick, and a carrier oil. An eye dropper makes it easier, though you can manage without one.

“Will I actually use this?”

That’s a fair thing to wonder, and it’s why this one is printable. Print the ones you want and keep them wherever your essential oils and crystals live. It’s not a course to get through. It’s 43 recipes to flip through when you want one.
