And they're known to play a part in just about everything: how you feel, your emotions, even your body. Each bottle in this kit is matched to one of them.

Each bottle's crystals match its color: red jasper in the red bottle, carnelian in the orange, yellow jade in the yellow, green aventurine in the green, lapis lazuli in the light blue, black obsidian in the dark blue, and amethyst in the purple.

1. Find your chakra. The chart in your guide starts with how you feel today, with an everyday example beside each feeling, and points you to a chakra. You don't need to know a thing about chakras to read it.
2. Fill that bottle. Rinse its crystals the night before so they're dry. Then the recipe tells you which essential oils go in and how many drops of each. Filling the bottle takes about 10 minutes.
3. Use it in 10 seconds. Roll it on, take one slow breath from the bottle, and say the words on that chakra's affirmation card. I call it the 10-Second Ritual: Roll · Breathe · Set.
Start with one bottle. Then fill the next one, and the next, until all 7 are full.

Your guide lists them for every bottle, with how many drops of each. You'll also want a carrier oil, like jojoba or fractionated coconut oil, and some distilled water to rinse the crystals. You don't need all of them on day one. Buy what the first bottle needs and go from there. Trying a new essential oil is half the fun.
Most charts put black obsidian at the root. In this set it sits at your third eye, the chakra in the middle of your forehead, and that's on purpose. The third eye is where an overthinking mind lives, and black obsidian is the crystal known for grounding scattered thoughts.
