The questions I get asked most
How many drops?
This may be the question I get the most. Most recipes and advice out there just say "a few drops" and leave you wondering. Every recipe in Moment by Moment lists exactly how many drops of each essential oil go in a 10 ml roller. And if you want or need a gentler blend, for kids or for skin that reacts, there's a chart up front that shows you how to change the strength.
Do I need to own all the essential oils?
No. Most of these are built on the common ones... lavender, frankincense, bergamot, geranium, grapefruit. A few call for something less common, and you've got 2 nice choices there. Try a new essential oil, which is half the fun. Or open the Swap Chart bonus, look up the one you're missing, and use something you've already got.
I'm new to crystals. Is this for me?
Yes, and I think you'll like it. It's a lovely way in. Instead of just reading about crystals, you start using them, one bottle at a time, each one with a real purpose.
